How long does it take to deliver my Order? 

All Our Products take up to 5 to 10 business days to be delivered from the date of order.


Does Waggle Merch Handle Shipment and Logistics? 

After successfully processing your order, we send it to a shipping company/carrier depending on the country and city we are selling to and it is fully handled by them.


Will I receive a Tracking? 

You will be updated with a tracking within 2 to 3 days after the date of order in your email once the package has been fulfilled and shipped.


Can I cancel an Order after placing it? 

You can cancel your order within 2 days from placing the order but you cannot cancel after 2 days as by this time we would have already shipped the item(s).


Why is my order getting delayed to be delivered? 

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents and shipping carriers may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. Due to this your package might take time to deliver to your address.


I am changing my address. I have put the wrong address. What Can I do? 

If you give us address change request within 48 hours from placing the order, we can change from our side. But after 48 hours, you have to wait to contact your local courier to ship the address.

Can I claim a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Yes, you can initiate a refund claim within 3 days of the delivery date by sending an email to support@wagglemerch.com with your reason for the return or refund.

How soon can I expect refunds to be processed?

Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@wagglemerch.com. Cancellations after 48 hours cannot be accepted as the order will already have been dispatched.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@wagglemerch.com within 3 days of delivery. Include videos or photos as proof of damage. Once we verify the damage, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Without proof, we cannot process a refund.

What if the product received is not what I ordered?

If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered, please email us at support@wagglemerch.com within 3 days of delivery. After verifying the discrepancy, we will provide a shipping address for you to return the product.
