Returns and Refund Policy for Wagglemerch Pet Essentials

  • Can I claim refund if I have purchased a product amounting to $50 or above? Yes, you can initiate a refund claim within 3 days of delivery date by sending an email with reason to return or refund.
  • Can I claim refund if my order value is $50 which includes more than one product? Refunds can be claimed on individual product price of $50 and above and not on order value of $50. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • How soon can I expect refunds to be processed? Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.
  • Can I initiate refund request after 5 days from delivery date? You are requested to examine the product and initiate refund request within 3 days from the delivery date. No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days from delivery date.
  • How can I cancel my order? You can cancel any order placed within 48 hours from order date by sending us an email to support@wagglemerch.com regarding the same. Any cancellation requests placed after 48 hours from order date will not be accepted as the product is dispatched within that time frame. Hence no refund will be processed for the same.
  • I have received damaged product. What do I do? At Wagglemerch, we have set a quality check process to ensure all our products meet industry standards and are careful in our packaging and ensure a smooth delivery. However, in the rare case of any damaged product received, customers can claim a return within 3 days from delivery date. Write to us at support@wagglemerch.com by sending proof of damage through appropriate videos and photos. Once a valid proof is sent by the customer and is reviewed by our team, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. We regret that without any proof of damage, we cannot give you a refund. We cannot accept damaged products as returns.
  • I have received a product of different size/ different color than what I had ordered. What should I do? We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Send an email to support within 3 days from the delivery date. After the support staff confirms the variation in the order placed and received, you will be sent a shipping address to return the product.
  • I have received the shipping address to return the product. Will my return shipping charges be reimbursed? Refunds will be given only for products above$50. The customer is responsible to bear the return shipping charges.
  • Can I get refund for discounted products? Sale & discounted items are FINAL
  • Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the replacement? You are not eligible for a refund if you have opted for a replacement and have received the product.
